Today marks a new month, tomorrow marks a new week, and I plan to move my ass.

Haven't been updating much lately because the time when I usually have the thoughts and ideas in my head is when I am bored at work and since they have now blocked Diaryland all I can do it wait until I get home and update then. As you can tell that hasn't been happening.

Over all I have been doing good, not great, but good. Exercise was going well except last week Michael's mother was in the hospital M-F. Much of our evening time was taken up with her.

Today we went out to Salad bar for breakfast/lunch combo meal and spent the next few hours hitting the walmart and grocery store. Yes, what a long strange trip it's been.

Thankfully the house is stocked with healthy foods, my motivation is high, and I plan to get lots of exercise.

Does anyone have any advise about this. This thing whoops my ass everytime I step on it. I can barely do more than a few minutes on it. I hate this machine.
