Grrrrr. My weight was back up a pound today after a lovely on-plan day. I had so much water that I felt like I was floating. I think I know what might be the problem.
This may be TMI, but anyways, I have been so damn constipated this week! I can�t tell you how much I hate this. I know that is why (one of the reasons) that my weight is higher than it should be. I haven�t gone for days. I usually take 2-3 flax supplements daily and so last night I made sure I took 3, not only that but I took 3 fiber pills. This was at about 10 pm last night. The result??? NOTHING.
It is almost 3 pm Friday and I haven�t lost so much as a nugget. HELP!! Sorry for being so graphic, but I need some relief! Anyone have any suggestions? I haven�t ate much today, because I feel so bloated and awful.
On Wednesday I had done a bunch of cooking so I would have things prepared ahead of time for this week. I have lots of grilled chicken breasts, hard boiled eggs and cooked hamburger patties (92% lean beef) and that is what I have been eating lately. For example I had a Caesar salad with grilled chicken for lunch yesterday. I�ve just been snacking here and there on only high protein and low/no carb foods.
Think positive bathroom thoughts for me!
