Day two down and both days have been totally on plan. As soon as my dinner settles a little I will walk a couple miles or do some belly dancing. I love that dvd! Last night I rode a couple miles on the bike after dinner.
I feel great! No cravings. I haven't felt crappy like I did last week. My ... umm... digestive system is doing better, except for the output. Sorry if that is too much info. I think I might of even slept better last night.
I sure do hope this feeling lasts!!
