Happy Sunday night!
Hope everyone had a good weekend. I feel like it flew by so fast. We went out for dinner after work on Saturday and then made a quick trip to Fry's so Michael could buy two new UPS's. Gotta love our summer weather!
While I was there I finally got the Walk Away the Pounds DVD's. I have the VHS tapes but, to be honest, sometimes the fact that I would have to disconnect the DVD player and hook up the VCR would seem so overwhelming that I wouldn't exercise at all. I know, sometimes the extent of my laziness is disturbing. I also got another DVD of Bellydance fitness for weightloss. I did it last night and it was great! They have it broke down into five 10 minute workout sessions. I did all of them but the Flexibility training last night.
Ended up staying up until 3 am this morning, Michael was geeking, I was relaxing, took a nice soak in the bath last night. Once I fell asleep I slept really well. Woke up at about 10:30 am.
Anyways, I decided I would recycle some of the videos and DVD's that I haven't used or will not be using. Send me an email if you are interested and you can have any or all of the following:

Winsor Pilates Advanced Body Slimming DVD (I am not coordinated enough to follow this one)
Richard Simmons Disco Sweat DVD (It looks so simple, but it is harder than hell to keep up with them... damn this lack of coordination)

I think our plan will be starting the South Beach plan sometime this week. This seems very do-able and it is more nutritiously sound. We have also agreed to eat dinner at home more often. I know that's been said before, but it is beginning to be a chore eating out all the time. I am starting to hate it.
