UGHHHH!
I feel like shit. I have had the worst day food wise for quite a while. I won't go into details right now, but let me just tell you this..... I ate 5 scoops of ice cream today.
Each a different flavor, one scoop was low carb vanilla (3 grams of carbs) but I put that in a sugar cone.
I need to go back to work so I can get back on track... tomorrow is my last day of the mini-vacation... thank goodness!
