Hi Everyone... Happy Sunday.
Sorry I have been so scarce lately.... I have been spending some time at a new weight loss board. Well, it's new to me, I'm not sure how long it's been around. It's called low carb friends. I have met some really great women, both in Houston and far away. I have never felt so inspired and motivated.
My goals for this week is to increase my water to at least 100 oz per day, clean up the diet, make sure I watch for the carb creep, and I am going to step up the exercise a notch.
I hope everyone is having a great weekend and feels as good as I do today.
As a show of support for my mood, the scale has finally budged (a smige) and is down to 253.5. It's funny how that little tiny move down can make me so happy!
